EPG pump

So I thought I bought a phantom off of Ebay awhile back. But when I got it I ordered a site rail from CCI and it didn't fit. So I took the gun apart and compared the internals to the pictures on phantomonline and it was obviously not a phantom. I think I have finnaly figured out that it is a EPG pump. So now I was wondering if anyone has any information and the EPG. Who makes it, ect. I can't figure out how do adjust the velocity. Can you only do it with by buying different Springs?
