SL-68II problems

Ok, so I was playing yesterday and I had the following problems with my Tippmann SL-68II...
1) Occasionally (twice that day) the gun would completely jam up. After removing the air source, barrel, and bolt, I found that the hammer (or whatever that piece of metal behind the bolt is) seemed to be all the way forward for some reason (why it wasn't shooting out air when the tank was on is another mystery). The bolt could only be fully retracted after this piece was moved back into position, which could only be accomplished after the sear was pushed down.
2) Towards the end of the day, the o-ring on the bolt seemed to be sticking inside the barrel of the gun, which made it almost impossible to pump. The only way I was able to get it out was by removing the barrel/bolt from the gun and wiggling the bolt until the o-ring let go.

This is not the first time I've had problems of this nature, and would like to know how to fix them so it doesn't happen in the future, or if it even possible. Thanks!!

Steve
