Think about where you place what you need most. I use a shotgun belt and am righthanded so I wear my 12grs to the left and tubes to the right. I grab a tube first, shift the pistol to my left hand, remove and jam a tube in the 'gun and shift back. (I use a PGP with a speedfeed) For 12grs I grab a 12gr in my left hand and cradle it with my pinky while my thumb and forefinger unscrew the fastchanger, dump, insert, and screw down. After 15 years of playing with the same PGP these are reflex actions.

Always grab the tube or 12gr first before going thru the motions. Try to time and count your shots so you don't have to change both at once. If you run out of paint and air at the same time, reload air first.

Make leashes for your tube caps. I made a pinhole in the side of my tubecaps and tied fishing line to it, then taped the line to the tube. Thus, you can pop the cap off with your thumb and not fumble or lose it. Works wonders.
