Wow, cut the guy a break, Talons are pieces oftricycle anyway you look at it, the pump arms break, the cheap plastic threads for the 12 gram change strip, crack or leak, and they generally are poorly designed, poorly made pieces of garbage IMO. Pump attitude, or mentality as you call it has not one thing to do with making yourself play with a piece oftricycle intentionally, it has to do with using limited firepower and skill to overcome superior rate of fire. It's about walking on the field with my old school sterling while people with angels and timmies laugh and point, and walking off to see them in small huddled masses pointing and whispering about the guy with the pump. If you get pissed off about people making fun of pump users, then I think it is probably YOU who have missed the point. Fielding a pump against semis is partially about drawing smart remarks and comments, and people making fun of you, its really a power thing, because when that person gets owned by a pump, it has a lot more mental impact on them, thus, is a lot more mentally rewarding to you. Anyway, enough on that, peace anyway, and keep the pumps alive. =) Personally I prefer a PGP for a cheap pump, they are compact, they shoot great, and they were are a classic. And they will break you before you break them. : AND NEVER DISRESPECT THE TALON. i'd much rather have a talon by my side than anyother battery operated nitro powered 25 ball per second poop shooter. Talon's are a serious skill marker. and i can honestly say the best times i've had palying were with a talon. even times i've pitted me and my talon against bushmasters and angels. to disrespect the talon is to disrispect the type of mentality it takes to play with a pump markers in general. but i guess since you see pump's as a way to balance out an uneven game then i guess you probably wouldn't understand that.
