Send her off to Palmers Pursuit Shop for some TLC. A basic cleanup and tuning is somewhere around $75, but once you start adding mods like a vertical ASA, velocity adjuster, shiny nickel plating, PMI grips, etc, the price goes up accordingly.
There are some DIY mods you can do as well, like velocity adjusters, replacement bolts (Cooper-T), and of course polishing and light valve work.
What exactly did you have in mind?
