First of all, I'd like to say great call swithcing to a Phantom.

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "harness" but I made a 3-point sling for mine so I could draw a pistol without being hindered by my Phantom. A 3-point sling allows the marker to be held in front you (usually at about a 45* angle with the barrel lower that the grip) or across your back. A sling like this very convenient, if for nothing else, so you don't always have to carry your marker with your hands.
To make the sling, I used:
-about 2 yards of nylon webbing, found at a local fabric store (but you could use any kind of strap of a similar length)
-some plastic buckle pieces from an old unused backpack
-two small metal hose clamps (from Lowe's or Home Depot)
-a couple of pieces of silicone cut from an old unused strap that holds on a scuba mask (but you can use anything that is similarly rubbery to prevent your hose clamps from slipping or scratching/damaging your barrel and stock/hose/whatever)

To attach the sling to the marker, I tightened the hose clamp around the barrel (with the silicone piece around the inside of the clamp) far enough forward that it doesn't interfere with the pump stroke and the other clamp around the hose to connect the bottomline just behind the rear sight rail (also with a lilicone piece), but it can also me clamped to a stock or even CO2 bottle. If you look at the hose clamp like a flat metal ladder, I cut one rung of the ladder out so that a strudy metal key-ring would fit through. The sling can then be anchored to the key-rings.

A great site to look at if you want to make one is:

Hope this helps.
