in my experience the shocker was more accurate and the angel shoots faster and is more gas efficient. it's all personal preference as to whether you need a fast gun(angel) for covering fire or accuracy (shocker) for actually hitting people across the field...whichever is better? it's basically quantity vs. quality i think. you can throw out more balls with an angel but not with the quality that a shocker has. if i were you i'd ask to borrow them for a certain game and then decide...good luck choosing
