There is a problem if you turn the minireg all the way up, the pressure is to high for the ram to open it. To tune youre reg turn it all the way down and slowly turn it up as long as the fps riseswhen it stops you turn it a bit back (leave the dwell at 14). if this doesnt work make sure the lpr is set at 85-90 psi.
