if you have the money then the ir3 is your new baby, if you don't like the looks of it, well an angel will not slack in getting the job done, with your dwell properly adjusted as said earlier , it is almost a challenge to chop. the trick is to get the right dwell setting for the balls you use at your local field, and even that is easy, tough balls lower dwell, brittle balls higher dwell. an angel will have to be properly fed (at least a ricochet or a 12v x-board), and i would reccomend upgrading the barrel factory one is very good but better can be found in a warped sports dark barrel or dye boomstick , but you can pull the trigger as short as you want and it wont do nothin but shoot faster :)
