: : You are correct that it is much louder and bigger leak while the pressure is being turned up. However, once it's all the way up to the recommended 600psi, I still have a small leak at the same vent/exhaust port at the right side of the flash tank/manifold. I aired it up, I added lube to the air system, I fired a bunch of shots, turned pressure off and back on... : : It still leaks. Any ideas on where I should look, what I should try, or how I can open that LPR chamber without a special tool? (I'll order it if I need to) : : Make sure the o-ring that goes on the top of the manifold and in between the main body and seals around the manifold mounting screw is still there. If its missing or bad you will get the leak at the point you said. So in total you should have 3 o-rings between the flash tank and body. 2 will be in an oblong configuration for air passage and the other will be a seal for the screw. If thats not it, it could be your lpr piston o-ring(s). To remove the lpr without a tool , first remove the cap or volumizer and expose the lpr piston, then just find a metric screw that will fit into the center of the lpr piston. Thread it in a little ways (maybe 2-3 mm) and gently pull on the screw and you will now have removed the lpr piston and can check the 2 o-rings. Dont forget to relube the lpr before reinstallation.
