Which would be best, since the IR3 just came out. I've heard a bunch of negative and positive things about this marker. While the 2002 LCD Angel could be a safe choice. It's for my Dad's birthday in 2 weeks. He's a point man. Plays a few tourneys, has an old angel from the 90s he got in the UK.
