I just wanted to take the time to thank Ken Crane of Cape Cod Paintball for the excellent work he did on my IR3! I had actually emailed him with a problem I was having initially, and he called me up and walked me through some adjustments over the phone. Now that's service!!! I was so impressed with his professionalism that I sent him my brand new IR3 for a trigger job/COPS problem. My trigger pull has NEVER been better, and he also diagnosed and fixed my COPS problem. I can't recommend him enough!! :) It's also nice to have a technician who reads the message boards often! Thanks again Ken!
