Angels (according to the owners manuels) Are supposed to run somewhere between 80 and 90 PSI, the newer model E-matrixes are between 145 and 190 psi after you put the palmer mini-rock LP "kit" on the front of it(about $50). I don't know about your cocker but most that I have used run between 300 and 400 PSI(although I have used 1 that got down to 200). And here's the other half of the scoop... What you're talking about is cocking pressure - the pressure fed to the ram that drives the bolt in the paintgun on the Matrix and Angel - if you ran the cockgin pressure (the pressure coming out of your pneumatics reg on the Cocker) at 300 and 400 psi, you'd blow the hoses off. Moreover, when people talk about paintgun pressure, and "low pressure" they are talking about the pressure behind the valve - not the pressure of the gas that actually hits the ball - the two are not directly related, so it is very misleading to imply that a "low pressure" paintgun is going to be more gentle on the ball.
