: I have noticed that a couple people are selling their ir3s so they can get 2003 lcds. I thought ir3s were the best. Is the new 03 LCD better than the ir3 or something?

Well, there are 2 obvious differences between the 2 (besides price, LCD is a bit cheaper):

Grip frame - the new IR3's Sabre-like space frame looks and feels different that previous Angel grips. Maybe they didn't like the feel?

Electronics - The IR3 has the COPS anti-chop system and semi only while the LCD still has the 26 modes that can be unlocked with the interface.

I dunno...
