ir3 leaking air

My ir3 is leaking air, it is coming out of that hole under the bolt. Does anyone know how i can fix this? Also are there any angel technicians in america that can do this, and where? Also i need to know if it's posible to have the feed rise threads re-done, my gun's threads are slightly stripped, and is that something that an angel tech in america could do? Oh does anyone know how much it costs to ship a gun to wdp in england, and how long it takes on average? thanks
