: hey, i have a angel lcd 2002, it chops more paint then i feel it should. When i get on the trigger at about 10-12 bps, within a few shots it chops. I have a high rise feed and one of the Empire reload hoppers (sound activated). I have a ball detent that works just fine (if you tought double feed is the issue). One thing i noticed though is that there seems to be an excessive amount of blowback up the feed neck, if i load 4 balls into the hight rise feed and shot, the top paintball pops out. I found this to be unusual because i though angels had VAF (vacume assisted feed)... idk if you have any suggestions lmk... thanks

Have you made any adjustments to your dwell time, or changed to an aftermarket hammer?

You might also consider a new loader like the HALO or eVLution II, that actively drives paint to the feed neck.

See you on the field,
