angel qustions

 hey im just wondering about some of the andvantages or disadvantages a angel has of a matrix. because i have the choice between a 2002 dark angel lcd, or a matrix select. but the matrix is new and the angel is used, but it comes with angel air, new trigger frame, bolt, and alot of other goodies, where the matrix would just have a bolt kit, trinity reg, and probably a 68/3k tank.
