What Happened to Ir3 Palm Info on WP Tech Center ?

 War Pig Tech Center shows there is an artical about the Ir3 and use of the Palm to program the Ir3 Angel; however, the page will not open. Also I cant find the Ir3 Palm program any more on WDP. WHAT HAPPENED ??? Can anyone send me the War Pig artical to my e-mail address.....Thanks, CHUCK
