Velocity Problems

It just started after I got my Dye three way I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I'm stuck. The velocity is in the position that it was normaly in but I get only about 30-60 feet of distance and when I turn it up the balls just start going any direction they want. could it be a problem with my springs or internal valve? please help. Ask if you need any more info.
