Take a small flat head screwdriver, and wiggle it under the hose clamps. The clamps are the little brass top hat looking things right at the base of the hose. Once they slide up, GENTLY pull on the hose with smooth jaw needle nose pliers. If the hose is really tight, and doesn't want to come off, hit it with a hair drier to soften them up a little.
Now that they are off, trim them to length, and slide them back over the nipples on the three way. Don't forget to put the hose clamps on the hose before you install it. Also, if they are hard to get back on, pull out the hair drier, and soften them up a little.

: I just bought a 2002 Vertical Autococker and I installed the WGP Hinge Trigger (almost). It says I have to switch the front and back hoses of the 3 way. Can someone please tell me step by step how to do it so I don't mess up my new gun. Thanks.

: Ben
