: I have just started to rebuild an old cocker which is a 97 I believe. I have already purchased a Kapp Relex Frame, Shocktech Ram, SupaFly Bolt and Rear Block and Bomb 3way. The question I have is what Rams out there do you all prefer. I am concidering a STO or a Kapp "Fat Ram" or even an ANS but I am unsure which are reliable with a smooth stroke. I am looking for good quality that will run sweet in the mid to low PSI ranges.
