The 3 way shaft is more likely bent because it is soft brass and the connecting rod is stainless. So roll it on a flat surface to check it too.

But before you go bending stuff, by chance did you decide to loctite the 3 way in position because it was loose and wobbling?
If so that could be the problem. The "Wobble" allows it to align itself as the trigger cycles. It should wobble. If you did that, just take it off and clean out the threads on both so it will wobble again.
