yea dude fog sucks. I thermal or nothing, and those fog sprays work magic. Just dont let the inside of the lens get dirty or wet with sweat (from taking it off and your hair brushing against it) and youll be fine. I hate fog so much i got the thermal, fog spray, and the fan. The fan is nice, but not a must. Its kinda loud.
