g3pb.com has the square AND hard to find tapered sear lug replacements.

About $5 each. If you have a stock sear, go with the tapered. It will lighten your trigger pull considerably. They also have the Madman spring sets for about $12-15.

Are you an old hippy like me? Couldn't help but notice the handle.
