Well, lower is better for economy, esp if you use nitro. Play around a bit with it, and set it where you don't have a degredation in performance, yet it is at the lowest possible pressure. My advice is that if your autococker works, DONT SCREW WITH IT!!!!! I had a horrible year of frustration and tinkering because I wanted mine "even better" and it was fine already. 450 is fine, unless you're a efficiency nut.
