: i saw a roller sear on a website and i was wondering what it is?????? is it reccomended????? should i buy it????

It's a sear that uses a roller bearing, instead of just metal rubbing against metal. See the WARPIG review of the Extreme Rage Omega roller sear in the Technical section for more info.
