Cocker Valve Prefs..

Im am replacing my stock valve in an older cocker but still havent decided which to use. I am looking to get my cocker down around the mid to low psi ranges ( lowest probably 250 ) and was wondering what valves are recommended. I was thinking of grabbing a rat valve but may get a good deal on a Rocket with some other things I have to pick up.
