Yup. Don't use an anti-siphon on remote. They tend to become siphon tanks, since you loose a definate up side on them.


: only prob i ever had w/co2 and gen-x was when i shot an anti siphon tank on remote and shot about 600 rounds in ?: reg was frosted and smoking from sucking so much liquid, -could not even touch it -reg got mad and i had to replace reg seat eventually, velocity went from +/- 3fps to +/-12fps.
: have run normal co2 loads thru on remote and not had a problem so far.
: had gen-x loong time, ...2000 model when first came out.


: : However with the ANS, that may be true. Some inline regs are not tolerant of CO2. The stock WGP regs and Sidewinders, and stabs are all very good with CO2. I'd recommend getting a stock cocker over the gen-X. Running your CO2 tank on remote is the best choice, followed by an anti-siphon tube with an on gun mount.
