Black Magic Cocker Question

I was reading a review for the Black Magic cocker, and it said..
"The angled air supply adapter makes it impossible for a CO2 bottle to attach and just work. Don't try it."
Co2 is all that is avalible here. Is this true I can't use Co2 even if I use a antisiphon tank?
