As long as I can find a compressor rated at 3000psi, I can fill a 3000psi Nitrogen tank correct? What kind of fittings and stuff would I need? (if any)

Thanks. I know this is going to be kind of expensive, but the only gas here is CO2 at the hobby store and they now charge 10 bux a fill! And thats for a 12oz. I didn't bother asking how much it would be to fill a 20.

So any help you can provide is much appreciated.
