All three are great performing regs. I can't really say much bad about any of them. I don't have a whole lot of experience with the centerflag, but from what I have seen it is a really good reg. My recommendation would be either the sidewinder or one you don't have listed. A smart parts max flow. They are a little twitchy on how clean you keep them, but they are great for any pressure range and their flow is incredible. If they can keep my imp fed well onn 180 psi, then they can keep your 300 psi cocker well fed.
