its probably an o-ring inside the 3way. i dont no how u take the shaft out for system x 3 ways but you probably just remove the coupling and slide it out the front. Good luck and if for any reason you have to take off the 3 way just remove the reg first dont try the short cut by just removing the barbs they break very easily, i learened the hard way :-)
