I do have the older version, but I can't afford to upgrade it right now. The reason I gave milling and front end kits as an example of what I can't do is because they're both upwards of $150 for anything decent. I don't have that kind of money. I should have rephrased to this:
What can I do low cost to reduce weight?

: If you've got an old Apocalypse (Stainless Reg) that would be a good part of your problem. The newer 2K version (black reg) is significantly lighter.
