Go to your local police department and report the theft. They can trace his computer ID. Over $50 and across state lines is probably a felony count or two..
Wire fraud is a Federal Offence. Maybe FBI local office. Save jurisdictional lack of interest.
Post his address. If he's/she's scamming, we need to notify the system admin to block all his posts from that ID... And give a heads up to the paintballers to ignore him.
