3-way won't stop leaking

I have an 01 black magic with a bomb 3-way. I understand they are very touchy and do tend to leak but this thing is way too touchy. It leaks mostly at the hoses and occasionally at the base I have hoses ordered but the ones on it seem good they are pliable (any hints on installing the new hoses) there may be no real problem but this seems a little unusual. I played with this gun most of last year and it didn't leak like this.
Thanks for any advice..
