if you're getting a freak system, then your question is moot. You'll be able to see what the differences are.
However you might want to consider other tube systems as well, the only thing I have against SP barrels is they tend to suck once you break a ball in them, and the only way to get them clean is to squeegee it.
The new PMI Pipe system seems like it might be a good system, I'll see one soon I hope and report in. If nothing else the porting faces forwards so that youpush the paint out of the porting quicker.
