Tickler or Mini Rock

Im buying a new regulator for my cocker and i was wondering if i should get a tickler reg or a palmers mini rock regulator,I think the tickler looks cooler but if its not as good as the palmers ill get the palmers,If they are to close to tell ill get the tickler
