The stock parts on a cocker are WAY better than many people give them credit for.
Most so-called 'upgrades' do nothing to improve performance at all. That being said...
1 - Springs
2 - Barrel
3 - Nitro (especially if you might play in cold weather)
4 - Externally adjustable in-line and/or LP reg(only for the convenience of the adjustability)
: What are the bast upgrades for an autococker?
: 3-way, Ram, reg, in-line reg, barrel, bolt, trigger, springs, hammer, valve, N2 system
