: right out of the box with a armageddon 4500/88 nitro tank set at 800 psi..every third or fourth shot chops a ball and the next shot is a chopped ball ......whats the deal with a brand new gun

Try timing it maybe? Not all new guns are timed right out of the box, ESPSCIALLY if you ordered it off the internet, most local shops at least try to time the gun a little. Are you new to cockers? Maybe you're short stroking it, like not pulling the trigger all the way back and not letting it go all the way. Try shooting it really slow, but making sure the 3way gets full extension and release. Good luck
