Adjusting your regulator to obtain the best effeciancy with a given spring/valve/hammer combo. This will give you more shots per fill, will reduce your operating pressure, and usually be quieter as well. scroll down and you can get some good info on how to. Vantrepes is one site to check out. Hope it helps.
