I use a side feed with my Raceframe and have no feeding problems, but as with the E-Blade, you have to have a vertical to use the ACE eye system.

: I'm pretty certain that V/F is slightly faster, but not as much faster as you might think.
: However, if you're getting an e-blade and you want to use the elec. eye, it's only compatable with the V/F.
