Personally, I would go for the Gen-X 3 cocker from ANS. They are SCHWEET! Im getting one myself as soon as I can. All parts are made by ANS, well, except the body, that comes from worr but its milled by ans. EVERYTHING is ans custom parts. My opinion is that its the best bang for the buck that you'll find.
