I guess it'd be easier to explain with pictures. But basically, what Dale said is my point. The valve pin isn't being fully depressed.

: : I think there might be some confusion. I'm not talking about grinding down the pin on the tank (big no no). I meant grinding material around the pin (on the cradle) that depresses the pin valve on the tank.

: If I read the posts correctly, the problem follows the tank to to other guns but not the gun with other tanks. Logically, you would want to correct the problem with the tank. Modifing the gun or cradle to work with that tank may make it inoperable with other, standard tanks.
