I bought one of these for my 2000, basically for looks. it has virtually the same flow rate as teh stock bolt, both holes being about the same size. It did have teh benefit of havign a delrin front, which made it very slick and light. It didn't really boost preformance, other than cycle rate minimaly, but made my black and chrome look come together very nicely.
