The best consistancy seems to be just a hair off of max velocity (most efficient). I'll gladly drop just a hair of efficiency to get a tighter velocity grouping. When you find best velocity tweak the reg a bit and see how your velocity sit. I forget if it is usually a bit high or a bit low...
