On an STO ram I know the threads for the hose nipple on one end is 10/32 but what is the other?

Does anyone know what size most adjustable LPR regs (shocktech, palmers ) use for the rock knob threads? I would rather have a set screw in there then a knob at the current time.

Lastly what is the size for the tiny set screw on 3ways?
