It's $20 and then $7 for shipping. The quality of the tape isn't the best...it's a little grainy because he just copies a master tape to duplicate, but the quality of the information if really good. Some friends of mine that have autocockers watched it and were pretty impressed. It basically walks you through the process of tearing your gun apart, cleaning it up, assembling it again, timing it, installing a hinge trigger (which is something you'll want to do if you haven't already with a few year old autococker) and then tells you what upgrades are out there and what they'll do. It's really a pretty good video, i'm happy with it. I just wish the guy would make another video on how to do some more stuff.
