Leaking Jackhammer

Ok, so I haven't used my cockers in about 4 years. And now that I have them back together, my jackhammer is leaking like a sieve out of the exhaust hole next to the nipple AND out the front of the reg through the knob....
....I oiled the be-jesus out of it....is there a diagram or something out there?
