My son and I have FreeFlow bolts and are happy with them can get either delrin or metal and price is good. BTW he has a 2003 vertical feed and I have a FreeFlow. I have heard good things about the shocktech stuff but no personal experience.
: Try a supafly or a evolution. They are both from shocktech and are good(consistent are cupped around the balls). The supafly is delrin so you don't have to oil it, and the evolution is the regular non delrin bolt with orings. Make sure to get the right year becuse the bolt will be different for 99 and 2000+ cocker.
