Assuming that the velocity was OK before the transplant, your timing is off, either the backblock is picking up the cocking rod during the fire (too early bolt opening) or the sear is slipping and basically operating as a slam fire. You need to figure out which. (hand cock it and fire one. Does it stay cocked after firing? did it fire full velocity?) Remember with a hinge a very small adjustment on the timing rod makes a hugh difference. 1/8th turn can go from shooting perfect to massive blowback. Also put a tissue over the feed neck when you fire. If it blows it up in the air, the bolt is opening way too early.

: i am having problems with my hinge trigger frame i put it in right but it acts like the velocity is turned down it trakes me two or three times to get a ball on the barrel
